Arx AnimaBuilding and maintaining the in-house pipeline for a studio of 50+ artists, connecting departments and making sure work moves smoothly from one to the next. Includes Python/Qt tooling, Bash automation for file I/O and asset management, and integrations with ShotGrid and Deadline for job scheduling and tracking.

In-house production pipeline
The OutpostBuilt the studio's first in-house pipeline from scratch, a Maya tool for tracking assets and shots across departments, automating handoffs between artists and handling all the pre/post processing in between. Alongside it, a production tracking tool for producers to manage nodes, budgets and deliverables.

pcodeSpent a year building a design system that lets clients get a fully personalised, CMS-driven website in a fraction of the usual time. A library of flexible, mix-and-match components with multiple variants, each one wired up to TinaCMS so non-technical teams can manage content without touching code.
